当前水冷板传统焊接工艺基本分为:搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)、真空钎焊、氩弧焊等完成。传统焊接有优点和缺点:搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)可焊接大件工件,其焊接强度是母材的70%。钎焊适合大批量的生产。这些传统模式的焊接有一些不足之处,比如说搅拌摩擦焊接,焊接效率低,焊道容易卷边,搅拌头大无法精密焊接,关键是(焊接后热变形大,后期整形麻烦、二次加工成本高)真空钎焊,接头耐热性差、钎料容易外溢导致流道堵塞。
